A study carried out to investigate the students’ attitude and perceived benefits of educational chatbots. The information had been collected from a sample of 252 students from Coimbatore District. The study revealed that students learning experience is enhanced because of personalized support and timely assistance given by chatbots. The study also highlights that through chatbots the interactive and effective learning environment among students can be improved. It is suggested that students’ engagement and academic success can be developed by integrating chatbots in the curriculum.
