This paper proposes a reference software application architectural model for creating computational solutions which address the specificity of defining treatment plans for mental health disorders. The proposal considers the involvement of psychiatrists, neurobiologists, psychologists, and social scientists in creating a treatment plan for an individual patient, which may not be a part of pharmacological interventions. The model allows multiple software technologies in its deployment and may include logic and predictive inference. The prototype, developed from the excerpts of the proposed architecture, is deployable in either cloud or edge computing environments and thus could reshape the current vision of computational psychiatry.

摘要

This paper proposes a reference software application architectural model for creating computational solutions which address the specificity of defining treatment plans for mental health disorders. The proposal considers the involvement of psychiatrists, neurobiologists, psychologists, and social scientists in creating a treatment plan for an individual patient, which may not be a part of pharmacological interventions. The model allows multiple software technologies in its deployment and may include logic and predictive inference. The prototype, developed from the excerpts of the proposed architecture, is deployable in either cloud or edge computing environments and thus could reshape the current vision of computational psychiatry.
