This chapter consolidates and discusses cardiac exosome trials. Cardiac exosome trials are clinical studies that aim to explore the use of exosomes to repair and regenerate heart disease after damage. These trials aim to find potential exosome-based therapies that can improve heart function and change the treatment of a multitude of heart diseases.
