The article aims to substantiate the didactic means of forming the economic culture of transport technology engineers based on the technologies of simulation modeling of production processes. The study used modern methodological approaches, theoretical and empirical methods: questionnaires; testing; simulation modeling; pedagogical experiment, statistical analysis (to determine the level of formation of the engineer’s economic culture in the structure of his professional competence), which allow the formation of axiological and economic, and cultural knowledge. The theoretical and methodological aspects of forming the economic culture of managers, because of the methodology of simulation modeling of production situations in the process of their professional training, are considered. The components of the economic culture of a modern transport technology engineer, which are determined by motivational, axiological, activity, and developmental aspects, are substantiated. A method of simulation modeling of production situations is proposed, which helps to form an autodidactic educational environment, optimize organizational forms of practice-oriented personnel training, and ultimately ensures modeling of the economic culture of an engineer. Didactic factors of management of the process of formation of the economic culture of future engineers are determined. Technological means of communication simulations are substantiated based on integration into the content of professional training of educational disciplines of economic and cultural knowledge.

摘要
