Scholars worldwide have been particularly focused on recent trends in managing communication to ensure safe cyberspace. Further academic exploration is needed to support the establishment of a proactive communication system for creating a secure online community. One challenge is comparable to the problem of trust in information or uncertain points due to insufficient detail and clarity. This is obviously a questionable situation that requires further action in dealing with the crucial issue of trust in the quality of information. This paper seeks to analyze the importance of trust in information quality as a means of ensuring individual responsibility and capability in achieving effective communication management for a secure online environment. The evaluation of existing literature was conducted using peer-reviewed articles from journals, books, conference papers, and chapters on the subject of managing communication for a secure online environment. The discovery showed that enhancing communication management strategically to create a safe online environment involves improving the quality of information based on trust. The aim of this paper is to improve the amount of information on communication management for secure internet by focusing on information quality based on trust.
