PGT-A Outcomes Across Racial and Ethnic Groups
摘要
Racial/ethnic disparities in assisted reproductive technology (ART) outcome are now well established, despite accounting for negative confounders such as uterine fibroids, body mass index (BMI), cause of infertility, among others. Some have suggested that oocyte competence may be less in minorities. To address this, the use of Pre-implantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) offers a real window into whether this is a possibility. In this chapter we review the published literature on the use of pre-implantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) across different racial/ethnic groups.
