Artificial Intelligence in Laparoscopic Surgery
摘要
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into laparoscopic surgery is transforming surgical practice by enhancing preoperative planning, intraoperative guidance, and postoperative monitoring. AI-driven technologies, including deep learning for lesion detection, 3D anatomical modeling, and augmented reality visualization, are improving surgical precision and reducing complications. AI-based preoperative planning assists in lesion identification and anatomical segmentation, while intraoperative applications leverage machine learning for tissue tracking, surgical navigation, and computer vision. Postoperatively, AI supports real-time monitoring via wearable devices and predictive analytics for complications such as sepsis and ileus. Additionally, AI is advancing surgical education by providing automated skill assessments and real-time feedback in training simulations. The expanding role of AI in surgery presents significant opportunities for improving patient outcomes but also raises ethical concerns regarding bias, data security, and accountability. This chapter reviews the latest research on AI applications in laparoscopic surgery, emphasizing its clinical impact, limitations, and future directions.
