Conflict is an inherent aspect of human interaction, shaping both violent and non-violent settings. This study explores the role of gender in conflict dynamics within public administration by introducing a novel dataset derived from the Regional Council of the Aosta Valley (Italy). The dataset integrates legislative transcripts and socio-demographic data to analyze structural, demographic, and emotional aspects of conflict. Leveraging BERT-based sentiment analysis, we assess gender differences in political discourse. Findings reveal significant disparities in intervention frequency, sentiment expression, and conflict escalation patterns. The results highlight the need for gender-aware conflict management strategies in institutional settings, providing a foundation for future research on legislative decision-making and power structures.
