The increase in greenhouse gases is a global concern, exacerbating climate change and its adverse impacts. In that sense, electricity management systems play a fundamental role, allowing precise monitoring and control of energy consumption, identifying waste areas, and optimizing resource use. In the quest for intelligent use of energy resources, the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), in partnership with the Amazon Energy Efficiency Centre (CEAMAZON), implemented the Electricity Management System (SISGEE), which was developed for real-time monitoring of to monitor the electrical variables in the institution's administrative and educational buildings in real-time. The successful implementation of SISGEE at UFPA, a testament to its effectiveness, ensures better control of electricity use on the campus area. It also serves as an inspiration, demonstrating how such systems can contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Specifically, SISGEE aligns with SDGs 4, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 17, motivating companies and communities to move towards a more sustainable future by adopting similar electricity management systems.

摘要
