UnnMindFlex: Harnessing Aerobic Exercise for Personalized Cognitive Growth

In today's challenging world, cognitive fitness is critical to academic success and overall well-being, especially among academically challenged college students. Cognitive skills such as memory, attention, and problem-solving are necessary to achieve development and academic excellence in students. The paper aims at presenting pioneering research on the development of a prototype mobile application tailored for individualized cognitive growth through aerobic exercise. A prototype of a mobile application UnnMindFlex integrates the principles of exercise, cognitive psychology, and technology to deliver tailored interventions. The application provides users with personalized exercise programs, real-time heart rate variability (HRV) monitoring, and cognitive assessment tools. UnnMindFlex aims to improve cognitive performance and promote neuroplasticity using the benefits of aerobic exercise. This study presents the theoretical foundations, design principles, and implementation strategies of UnnMindFlex.
