Procedure for Implementation of the Communication Model in the Water and Sanitation Business Group

Organizational communication directly impacts business management, allowing the flow of messages between members of an organization, which in turn contributes to the development of strategies that foster growth in various areas, such as administration and production. Organizations that are more flexible and open to change tend to adapt better to their environment, while those that are rigid may face difficulties in surviving. Research in the Water and Sanitation Business Group reveals that there is an urgent need to improve internal communication, as a mechanical approach is currently perceived, generating gaps in the communication system. A procedure is proposed to implement an organizational communication model that optimizes the communication capacity of companies in the sector, which is crucial for achieving their goals and improving employee performance.
