In the current context, innovation projects face great challenges, reflected in their failure rate, partly attributable to the disconnection between the solutions developed and the real needs of the customer. This article explores how the use of agile methodologies, in particular the Lean Canvas model, can be a tool to increase the success rates of innovative software products. Lean Canvas, based on Lean Startup principles, provides a visual and structured framework for identifying problems, solutions, customer segments and other critical factors at an early stage. This encourages decision making, constant validation and the ability to adapt to market changes. The article highlights how Lean Canvas facilitates the definition of functional and quality requirements and enables early assessment of project feasibility. It also discusses the importance of establishing clear connections between agile methodologies oriented to software development and those focused on market needs. The structure of the Lean Canvas model, with blocks dedicated to the solution, value proposition, competitive advantage and customer segments, promotes the creation of products aligned with consumer expectations. In conclusion, the integration of Lean Canvas in innovation processes represents an effective strategy to minimise risks, strengthen competitiveness and ensure that the final products respond to market demands.

摘要
