Frequency dependent routing by hexagonal resonator in photonic crystal structure with triangular lattice was studied by microwave experiment. It was found that the output frequency and the power depend on the resonance in the resonator and thickness of the coupling layer between input/output waveguide and resonator circuit.

摘要

Frequency dependent routing by hexagonal resonator in photonic crystal structure with triangular lattice was studied by microwave experiment. It was found that the output frequency and the power depend on the resonance in the resonator and thickness of the coupling layer between input/output waveguide and resonator circuit.
