The advent of Smart Enterprise and office systems has revolutionized modern workplaces, offering enhanced convenience, automation, and vast storage capabilities for sensitive business and professional data. However, these systems are increasingly exposed to sophisticated cyber threats, posing significant risks to the security and privacy of enterprise information. Cyber attackers can exploit vulnerabilities within smart devices, leading to unauthorized access, identity theft, financial fraud, and other detrimental outcomes. To address these concerns, this paper introduces a novel 4D Security Framework specifically designed for Advanced Cyber-Physical Systems. The proposed framework strengthens data security through proactive threat detection, dynamic access control, multi-layered encryption, and real-time response mechanisms. By incorporating these advanced protective measures, the framework mitigates the risks of unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cyber threats, safeguarding enterprise systems from potential financial and reputational damage. The paper also acknowledges the need to address key challenges in the field to further enhance the security and privacy of smart Enterprise and office systems.

摘要
