Shear connectors are key components for achieving joint stress and improving lateral shear performance of steel shell concrete composite components. This article relies on the immersed tube of Shen-Zhong Link, and uses numerical simulation to investigate the shear and tensile properties of three types of angle steel, T-steel and Flat-bulb steel. The results show that the mechanical properties of T-steel and Flat-bulb steel connectors are better than angle steel, and the difference between T-steel and Flat-bulb steel is relatively small. A shear model test was conducted on angle steel and T-steel connectors, revealing the stress characteristics and shear failure modes of angle steel and T-steel. The test results showed that the load-bearing capacity of T-steel connectors increased by 25% compared to angle steel connectors, and the cutting stiffness at 0.5 mm increased by about 45%; The destruction process of the two is similar. Firstly, diagonal cracks are generated at the tip of the connecting piece, then vertical and horizontal cracks are developed within the range of the connecting piece, and finally, the concrete at the root of the connecting piece is crushed and destroyed; The root strain development of T-shaped steel connectors is slower than that of angle steel connectors, and the flange anchoring performance of T-shaped steel is better than that of angle steel. The concrete constraints on T-shaped steel mainly come from the top and bottom of the steel; When using a steel shell concrete composite structure for immersed tube tunnel sections, priority should be given to using T-steel connectors, and special attention should be paid to the compactness of the concrete pouring for the steel shell concrete composite structure.

摘要
