Development of Simulation Chamber for the Corrosion of Steel Bar Embedded in Concrete Structure Exposed to Total Corrosion Zones in Marine Environments
摘要
The research on the durability of reinforced concrete is a hot topic in engineering research. Corrosion of steel bars in concrete can be simulated through the environment chamber. This paper analyzes the existing environmental devices for simulating steel bar corrosion in concrete structures in marine environment. A new design idea of a simulation device for steel bar corrosion in concrete in total corrosion zones is provided. An advanced actual simulation chamber is manufactured. The research results show that the test device can truly reproduce the environmental conditions of the total corrosion zones in the marine environment. The rusted rules of steel bars embedded in concrete exposed to total corrosion zones provides data support for the durability design and evaluation of reinforced concrete structures in the coastal area.
