The Role of Perceived Value Between Website Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction: The Case of Asian Creative Website Pinkoi

Pinkoi website is one of most popular e-commerce in Taiwan. The websites sell unique and fashion items so that consumers are favored. The purpose of this research is to explore the website quality service and examine the perceived value relationships with consumer satisfaction base on Pinkoi Online Shopping Website. The sample used in this study was 352 with the questionnaire method. Statistical analysis was using SPSS 19.00. With descriptive statistic, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation and regression analysis. Five factors were found in Pinkoi Website service quality which are aesthetic, security, ease of use, responsiveness and contact. Both Website service quality and perceived value had significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction. In addition, the consumer perceived value has a mediating effect between website service quality and consumer satisfaction. Overall, Pinkoi e-commerce not only the sell a unique, diverse, handmade, and limited-edition merchandise but also their websites service quality influence consumers’ perceived value and improve satisfaction.
