Influence of Vibrations Analysis of the Agricultural Seed Conditioning Industrial Building Complex
摘要
The object of the study is the load-bearing structures of the reinforced concrete frame of the cleaning and sorting station, which are the part of crop seed conditioning industrial building complex. Technological equipment is located in the building and designed for cleaning corn from leafy stem mass, sorting and sequential transfer to the next stages of product processing. There were increased and recorded vibration levels of the reinforced concrete slab structures during the operating modes of the vibroactive equipment in the process of operation. Equipment were placed in the building, in particular, on the line of four twelve-band A&K HUSKER Series II huskers installed at the +2.000 vertical mark. The modernization project envisages the installation of a second line of equipment also consisting of four askers for the agricultural seed conditioning complex. Dynamic studies of the floor vibration were carried out to ensure the normal operation of the reinforced concrete slab structures for cleaning and sorting station of the complex under the conditions of simultaneous operation of two lines of huskers. As a result, there are established the actual dynamic characteristics of slab and the dynamic loads from the huskers. Numerical studies were conducted for the spatial model of the building by dynamic loads, which were obtained during experimental studies of the building slab. Practical recommendations have been developed to ensure acceptable levels of vibration of monolithic reinforced concrete slab structures during the operation of two equipment lines.
