In the article, the formation and reconstruction of the gas supply infrastructure in the economic regions of the country, including Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur regions, which were freed from occupation, the construction and repair of new lines, the development stages of the gas industry, and the condition of installing gas meters were studied. At the same time, the national economy and the main sectors of the economy, public utilities—electric power and gas industry, according to the priorities provided in the Strategic Road Map, and in the state programs for the socio-economic development of the regions, and the measures in the area studied in the First State Program on the Great Return, were investigated in detail. In other words, the state of implementation of measures taken by “Azerigas” PU in the direction of reconstruction and modernization of energy supply infrastructure, implementation of new gas distribution projects, reduction of gas losses, gas supply of gas meters and consumers was analyzed and the results were evaluated.
