Examining the Nexus of Transitional Peace and Development in Horn of Africa
摘要
The interconnection between peace and security is demonstrated through a reevaluation of the practice of peace, conflict, and development. The notion of peace has traditionally been seen as the absence of armed conflict, but its examination as a security concern has only recently gained attention. The inquiry at hand pertains to the precise delineation of the concept of security and its interconnectedness with the notion of peace.
