The subject of the study is the issues related to the development of digital technologies in the Russian Federation. Digital technologies applied in the financial and investment sphere are considered. The peculiarities of the issue of digital financial assets in the world in correlation with the experience of the Russian state in this sphere are investigated. The stages of development of the market of digital assets and digital rights in the Russian state are studied. The basics of issuing digital financial assets and digital rights on digital investment platforms in the Russian Federation are considered. Utilitarian digital rights and digital rights that include simultaneously unitary digital rights and digital financial assets are investigated. The experience of investment platforms in the Russian Federation over the last few years is studied. Conclusions on the prospects for the development of digital financial assets and digital rights based on digital investment platforms are made.
