Mount Huashan, the Leshan Giant Buddha, which is internationally renowned for its religious and cultural wonders, and Mount Danxiashan are undoubtedly the only famous mountains in China using science to portray as its main external image. The image of Mount Danxiashan as a famous scientific mountain has benefited from the scientific research work carried out by generations of scholars over the past century.
