The findings reveal that while outsourcing can lead to better job security due to regulatory frameworks, it also results in higher instances of part-time work and scheduling flexibility pressures. This chapter contributes to the broader understanding of outsourcing’s impact on labour markets, highlighting the need for policies that mitigate negative outcomes while enhancing job quality.
