This study investigates the impact of institutional investments on academic performance in Moroccan universities, focusing on innovative digital services and advanced technologies, financial aid, academic support services, infrastructure, extracurricular activities, and health services. Using descriptive statistics and regression analysis, the findings reveal that digital services and modern infrastructure significantly enhance students’ engagement and performance, with 84.9% and 83.6% of the variability in academic outcomes explained by these factors, respectively. While Financial aid reduces economic barriers, enabling students to concentrate on their studies, as evidenced by its strong R2 value of 0.847. Academic support services contribute positively by providing essential resources and personalized assistance, accounting for 73.7% of the variability in performance. However, extracurricular activities and health services, while beneficial for student well-being, exhibit a weaker direct impact on academic outcomes. The study highlights the importance of prioritizing digital innovations, infrastructure, academic support services, and financial aid to foster an enriched, technology-driven educational environment. It also suggests integrating extracurricular activities and health services with academic objectives to ensure they contribute more directly to academic success while supporting student well-being to achieve the goals of student success.
