The land registration system based on the Torrens act ensures the conservation of land properties using a simple registration in the land register, which is equivalent to the effective possession of these properties by their registered owners. The maintenance of this register on computer media makes the protection of its integrity essential because the land data recorded there constitute the only proof of registered land ownership. Using the method of systematic literature review, this contribution proposes the application of blockchain technology in the continuous audit of the integrity of the electronic land register. The components of this continuous audit system, its implementation, its limitations and its perspectives constitute the three research questions of the study. Blockchain tools are proposed as essential components of the continuous audit system of the integrity of the electronic land register. It is desirable to entrust its implementation to an independent third party. Finally, even if the effective implementation of this continuous audit is rare, the prospects are favorable for a promising future of the continuous audit based on the blockchain to ensure the integrity of the electronic land register.

摘要
