Total Quality Management in Hospitals: A Systematic Review
摘要
This research analyzes the impact of digitalization on hospital quality management. Through a systematic review and meta-analysis of 33 articles, the study examines how digital technologies like hospital information systems, IoT devices, and predictive analytics improve hospital processes and care quality. The results show that 70% of studies report positive effects, including reduced errors, better treatment times, and improved coordination. However, 20% showed ambivalent results, linked to interoperability issues, resistance to change, and lack of training. Only 10% found no significant effects, highlighting the need for tailored technological solutions. The research underscores digitalization’s overall benefits while addressing deployment challenges.
