This chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the survey data using both descriptive statistics and the MUSA method. It examines satisfaction trends over 5 years, offering insights into visitor profiles, visit characteristics, and satisfaction levels. The results include yearly comparisons (2018–2022) of satisfaction, criteria weights, demandingness, and efficiency indices, as well as action and improvement diagrams. This analysis reveals evolving visitor expectations and key areas for park management enhancement.
