Protection of Trade Secrets in the Age of Technology: A Comparative Legal Study Between Legislations and International Agreements

This paper looks at how trade secrets are protected by country laws against international standards like the Paris Convention and TRIPS Agreement. The goal is to check the laws that rule trade secret protection and how well they match with world rules, while also looking at digital change's effect on keeping them safe. Results show that yes, country rules give some money rights and moral rights to owners of trade secrets but don't fully protect them; this lets others get in legally through ways like independent research or reverse engineering. This study shows that country laws only meet world levels partly, highlighting the need to grow safety steps to fit new changes in protecting intellectual property rights. Furthermore, it underscores that the acknowledgment of trade secrets as part intellectual property rights can enhance protection though there laid some consequences against competition and innovation. Also, international accords has done a prime role in boosting the importance of trade secrets within the globe’s intellectual property system.
