Digital Technologies and Their Role in Supporting Judicial Oversight in Administrative Courts

This research seeks to examine the influence of digital technologies on the enhancement of judicial oversight within administrative courts, with an emphasis on improving the functionality of these courts and facilitating judicial review via contemporary technological advancements. The investigation tackled the obstacles encountered by administrative courts in executing their oversight responsibilities, including protracted procedures and inefficacy, as well as the potential of digital technologies to mitigate these challenges through the optimization of processes, increased efficiency, and greater transparency. A variety of digital tools utilized by numerous administrative courts across different nations were reviewed, including electronic case management systems, online submission of requests and reports, and the application of artificial intelligence for the analysis of legal data. Furthermore, the discussion encompassed the capacity of these technologies to accelerate judicial decision-making and alleviate the burdens placed on courts. Findings indicated that the integration of digital technologies within administrative courts not only enhances the pace of judicial procedures but also minimizes human errors, thereby contributing to a higher quality of justice. Additionally, judicial oversight bolstered by digital technologies plays a significant role in reinforcing transparency and accountability in the realm of administrative decision-making. The recommendation of the study emphasized the importance of advancing digital transformation within administrative courts through the modernization of technological systems and the provision of essential training for judges and court personnel. Additionally, it advocated for the creation of more cohesive and adaptable electronic case management systems to effectively manage a range of administrative cases.
