The Impact of E-Governance on Human Resources Performance at Commercial Banks
摘要
This research is conducted to assess how e-governance influences the performance of human resources within commercial banks. To meet the objectives of the study and address the primary inquiry, a descriptive analytical approach was utilized. A questionnaire was crafted and distributed among 400 administrative staff in commercial banks through random sampling. Following data processing, 347 questionnaires, which represent 86.7% of those distributed, were analyzed. Thirteen questionnaires were omitted from the analysis due to inaccuracies and significant similarities in the responses, accounting for 3.7% of the total questionnaires evaluated. The findings indicate that e-governance does affect the performance of human resources in commercial banks. Both the level of e-governance and the performance of human resources in these banks were determined to be high. The study suggests implementing new policies to foster electronic independence and encourage independent decision-making, alongside utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of enhancements on work quality.
