The pace of globalization and technological development increasingly places demands for sustainable education, seeing as it is one of the three pillars of sustainable development, though current complexities warrant an interconnected viewpoint of governance and management. Effective governance and professional management are, therefore, integrative and mutually reinforcing because without one, the attainment of education will be impossible to achieve. It presents a conceptual model that interprets the linkage between governance leadership and academic achievement in an integrative manner to deal with present and future trends. The study was based on mixed methods where a review of documents was done covering 20 educational institutions, including secondary schools and higher education institutions. A survey was also done where the respondents totaled 300: there were 100 administrators, 100 teachers, and 100 students to rate the effectiveness of leadership on a 5-point Likert scale. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data gathered and see the relationship that exists between leadership practices and academic results in the students. Results indicate that advanced integrated leadership practices can improve quality in academic outcomes through the process of enhancing educational governance, resource distribution, and collaboration. The study, therefore, recommends that leadership training programs be included and further research on the long-term effects of leadership intervention be assessed together with the impact of technology on educational governance.

摘要
