Digital governance is intensely thrusting a radical force in the transformation of educational management or decisions through the strategic use of information technology. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how much such digital tools impact governance metrics of transparency, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction, simultaneously viewing its contributing role to improved academic performance and engagement. A mixed-methods approach included a qualitative review of literature and quantitative data collected from 30 educational institutions. These institutions ranged from high schools to universities, where surveys and structured interviews were administered to 400 participants (comprising administrators, teachers, and students) to evaluate the performance of a digital governance system in resource planning, communication, and data analysis. Statistical analysis using correlation and regression models further confirmed the relationships found between them on the dependent variables of improved outcomes in education management. The results underlie that digital governance promotes inclusivity, efficiency, and flexibility which then paves the ground for making data-driven strategies and achieving sustainable academic excellence. Future research should consider studying the long-term impacts and cross-context applicability of the implemented digital governance practices toward building robust and resilient educational ecosystems.

摘要
