Commitment to Medical Care and Prevention of Workplace Accidents
摘要
This chapter examines the legal framework related to medical care and accident prevention within the realm of labor law. This subject holds considerable significance in the legal domain, as it provides essential protection for workers under labor law, thereby safeguarding their welfare against injuries and affirming their rights to both material and moral compensation. The investigation delves into the principal legal safeguards available to workers who sustain injuries during or as a consequence of work-related activities. Utilizing a descriptive, analytical, and comparative methodology, the study reaches the conclusion that labor laws effectively uphold the rights of injured workers, facilitating compensation for both material and moral damages. In cases where a worker dies as a result of work-related circumstances, the legal framework guarantees compensation for the deceased worker’s family. The study advocates for both workers and employers to implement all necessary precautions and measures to avert workplace accidents and ensure safety, thereby protecting the health of the workers.
