This chapter looks at electronic commercial arbitration as a new and effective way to solve business problems in the age of big digital change. It points out how important electronic commercial arbitration is for quick and efficient solving of disputes which then helps to reduce both time and money spent. Also, the paper notes the legal and tech challenges that come with its setup like needing privacy and data safety, creating rules for rulings to be enforced, and making sure the people involved are who they say they are. It argues that adding modern tools such as artificial intelligence and blockchain can make electronic commercial arbitration more trustworthy and useful. This also shows there is a great need to change current laws to fit tech needs and adjust to the digital shift while making sure they match with global rules. To achieve this objective, the study will prepare recommendations for developing both the legal and technical infrastructures that support electronic commercial arbitration and render it more effective in the settlement of commercial disputes during this digital age.
