Graphene-Based Nanocomposites
摘要
This chapter explores the groundbreaking impact of graphene on the development of nanocomposites. Graphene’s two-dimensional structure, combined with its extraordinary properties, such as high tensile strength, electrical conductivity, and thermal stability, has positioned it as a leading material for enhancing nanocomposite performance. The chapter investigates the integration of different matrices like ceramic, polymer, and metal which resulted in significant improvement in diverse properties. The discussion on key applications, e.g., aerospace, electronics, and biomedical are discussed, therefore highlighting that graphene-based nanocomposites are revolutionizing different industries like energy storage devices, flexible electronics, and structural materials. The ability of graphene enhances the electrical, mechanical, and thermal properties of nanocomposites and hence driving the field of nanotechnology.
