The rapid progress in Internet technology over the last decade has revolutionized individual interactions with digital platforms, promoting extensive adoption and use. This study investigates the adoption and persistence of crowdsourcing technology among Malaysian educators using the platform krumun.org, which is intended for the creation of assessment tools such as test and examination question papers. This research combines the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and the Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM) to create an Acceptance-Continuance Use (ACU) model. The study employs a survey-based methodology to investigate the factors affecting the initial adoption of the platform and the subsequent desire to persist in its use. The results reveal significant relationships between UTAUT and ECM components, emphasizing critical elements such performance expectancy, contentment, and trust. This integrated model offers insights into the enduring utilization of crowdsourcing platforms within educational settings, enhancing the existing studies on technology uptake and retention.
