Advancing HR Decision-Making: Insights from a Decade of Human Resource Analytics Research
摘要
In a digital era filled with complexity and uncertainty, companies can no longer rely solely on intuition in human resource management. Moreover, diversity and inclusion are no longer just mere rhetoric but have become essential priorities for HR professionals. Over the past decade, research related to human capital analytics has gained significant popularity and covers a wide range of topics. However, further research is still needed to explore its potential. Therefore, we used the Bibliometrix package in R Studio to determine essential subjects to explore in this systematic literature review (SLR). This SLR provides an in-depth discussion of the advantages and challenges of using HR analytics for decision-making. This SLR utilized fifty research articles published in the Scopus database from 2013 to 2023. The findings from the research show that most HRAs use processes based on empirical research related to HR research processes and practices. In addition, this SLR also discusses the challenges of using HRAs.
