The Mediating Role of Perceived Content Quality in the Relationship Between Intrinsic Religious Orientation and Customer’s Satisfaction
摘要
The purpose of this study is to determine if viewers’ satisfaction and religion are mediated in any way, either completely or partially, by perceived content quality of satellite TV channels. This study reveals that Arabian viewers are intrinsically devout and their whole approach to life is based on their religious beliefs. This implies that Arabian viewers would form their attitudes and behaviours based on religious orientation. Specifically, the findings from the research prove that religion through intrinsic religious orientation has a statistically significant influence on perceived content quality and viewers’ satisfaction. Furthermore, there is a partial mediation effect of perceived content quality of satellite TV channels in the link between satisfaction and religion. According to this study, it is critical to incorporate religion influence into current business marketing frameworks.
