Exploring the Effectiveness of Personalized Marketing Strategies in E-commerce Platforms
摘要
The study analyses the effectiveness of personalized marketing strategies in e-commerce platforms, investigating their impact on consumer engagement, business performance, and strategic differentiation within the digital marketplace. Through a mixed-methods approach encompassing quantitative analysis, qualitative inquiry, and experimental studies, the research synthesizes empirical evidence and theoretical insights to elucidate the multifaceted dynamics of personalized marketing effectiveness. Quantitative analysis reveals significant improvements in conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV) with personalized interventions. However, the qualitative investigation emphasizes the consumer preferences for relevancy and perceived believability of targeted forms of communication and while experimental research verifies the causation of tailored strategies on the consumer’s behavior. The implications for practice emphasize importance of the data driven personalization for customer experience and relationship building which are key strategic business objectives. Accordingly, for the future research, sustainability of the effects of personalization should be examined and the effectiveness of personalized data and effect should be investigated in other contexts.
