The article substantiates the implementation of Lean method in management of the agrarian sector enterprises in the context of digitalization. Digitalization as the process that touches all branches of economy and spheres of life is determined. The importance of the agrarian sector has been proved in the article and the necessity to use methods of management of the sector which correspond to the new conditions of digitalization has been well grounded. It is stated in the article that it is accustomed to use the traditional methods of management of the agrarian sector enterprises but in fact the agrarian sector is becoming more and more digital. To reduce risks in agriculture and to adapt to the new conditions it is necessary first of all to adapt the system of management in particular to start using the Lean method in the management of the agrarian sector enterprises. On one hand, the Lean method will provide lower costs, higher effectiveness of the production process, to reduced risks and on the other hand, it will allow implementation of the digital technologies in the sector and making it more and more innovative.
