摘要
Religious destinations like temples, shrines, mosques, and churches are real contenders for spreading peace and igniting spirituality among devotees and the public. Andhra Pradesh is the 3rd state in terms of the number of visits by tourists with 93,27,568 visited during the year 2021. It has a constant cluster of visitors about 1.5 crore visitors on average regularly visit every year. With beautiful hill stations, adventurous pilgrimages, various temples, shrines, mosques, churches, rituals, cultures, and traditions, Andhra Pradesh is home to many pilgrim destinations. This paper studied the prediction of revisit intention through experiential quality with the mediation of satisfaction and value. A total of 406 pilgrims, visited the ancient shrines in Andhra Pradesh like Mallikarjuna Temple (Srisailam), Lepakshi Temple (Anantapur), Kanaka Durga Temple (Vijayawada), Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple (Tirumala) and Ameen peer dargah (Kadapa) are chosen conveniently for the study. Collected data were analyzed with SEM using Amos and jamovi. The results indicate that experiential quality does not predict the revisit intention directly but it does through the mediation of experiential satisfaction and the pilgrim’s perceived value.
