In order to improve the performance management effect of college students, this paper proposes a performance prediction system based on student portraits. This method is based on deep learning and data mining technology, aiming to explore the relationship between students' behavioral features and performance, and predict students' future performance. The data information of students is obtained from multiple databases and preprocessed, and the data is analyzed according to the different behavior features of students in their study and life, and different labels are determined in different aspects, and the data is visualized by the determined labels, and the comprehensive portrait of students is displayed.The model has better performance on real data sets, and can provide reliable theoretical support for the subsequent college students' performance management.
