This article focuses on the development and verification of the transport information system “KhNADU-TESA,” a satellite monitoring system for vehicles. An analysis of the current state of road transport in Ukraine has highlighted the need for a new approach to monitoring and diagnosing the technical condition of vehicles. This approach involves creating information systems that provide organizational and functional support throughout the vehicle life cycle. These systems are essential components of intelligent transportation systems, which underpin the implementation of IPV (Impact Protection Vehicle), CALS (Continuous Acquisition and Life Cycle Support), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) technologies. These modern methodologies enhance the design, manufacturing, and operation of high-technology products. The “KhNADU-TESA” system incorporates several developed information software systems and operates as a virtual enterprise. It is designed to manage the subsystems of technical operations within road transport and other transportation enterprises. Utilizing the Carlife and Torque software modules, along with the information software system “IdenMonDiaOperCon HNADU-16,” the system monitors various parameters of the vehicle’s technical condition. Monitoring the average speed of vehicles under operational conditions enables the determination of the relative coefficient of speed change, facilitating adjustments to maintenance schedules.

摘要
