This chapter describes ethical use of AI in social work case management and aims to engage students critically with AI-generated tools, emphasizing a commitment to social justice, anti-oppression, and inclusivity. Through a series of structured assignments, students explore how AI can be integrated into case management while maintaining ethical integrity, cultural competence, and human-centered care. Assignments are scaffolded to build students’ understanding, from analyzing AI and human-generated assessments to reflecting on the ethical considerations of AI’s role in social work practice.
