摘要
This narrative review examines the acceptance of artificial intelligence (AI) and its effects on society by drawing from diverse literature sources. By analysing academic journals, books, and online materials, it identifies key factors influencing how people view and accept this groundbreaking technology. Trust stands out as a crucial factor shaping attitudes toward AI, influenced by experiences, expectations, and perceptions of fairness and transparency in AI systems. Emotional responses, individual traits, and cultural values also play important roles in determining acceptance. Each study included in the review has been carefully analysed to gain a clear understanding of the components contributing to AI acceptance. This systematic approach brings together insights from multiple studies, highlighting recurring themes and patterns. While offering valuable findings, the review emphasizes the need for ongoing research to further explore this complex topic. Collaboration across disciplines and active involvement of stakeholders are vital for addressing new challenges and ensuring the ethical and responsible development of AI technologies. Ultimately, this review deepens our understanding of AI acceptance and provides guidance for responsible integration into society, especially in decision-making processes involving AI technology.
