This chapter discusses excellence-based self-assessment tools developed within the Work-Life-Flow (WLF) project to enhance personal and organisational performance. Inspired by Excellence Frameworks like the Common Assessment Framework (CAF), the Excellence Framework Europe (EFE) or the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Model, these tools support reflective assessment to pinpoint strengths and improvement opportunities in work-life contexts. The WLF project applies the comprehensive Excellence views through three key assessment solutions: personal life planning, individual work-life balance evaluation, and organisational self-assessment. Based on the GOA-WorkBench® software, these modules facilitate structured, anonymous analysis, fostering organisational improvement through participatory methods. A core element is the Personal Excellence (PEX) module. It integrates established assessment tools and coaching methodologies across seven criteria, including life strategy, self-management, interpersonal engagement, and sustainable value creation. PEX offers users actionable insights and personalised reports. The organisational assessment addresses broader organisational concerns, structured around decent work, work-life balance, and well-being at work, developed collaboratively by academic consortium partners. It highlights common organisational issues, ensures participant anonymity, and promotes collective improvement planning. The WLF Index summarises individual work-life interactions, measuring indicators such as emotional well-being and physical health. These tools collectively promote informed decision-making, fostering effective personal growth and organisational development.

摘要
