The study underscores the fault management strategies developed countries like Samoa employ, resulting in network disruptions.Through comprehensive investigation, the study identifies existing fault management practices within the organization, revealing a commitment to effective fault management while highlighting significant improvement opportunities across all operational domains. Urgent attention to critical issues and the implementation of proactive measures are essential to fortify network stability and security. The study’s insights warrant ongoing enhancements in fault management practices and support future research endeavours in the Pacific region to understand the subject matter further.
