The integration of Blockchain technology into Healthcare analytics offers transformative potential by increasing transparency, security and trust in decision-making processes. In this study, an architecture is presented to facilitate more reliable and accessible Healthcare data ecosystems by combining open data standards. The ABI paradigm aims to consolidate the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in this architecture, dynamically interpreting large amounts of data, enabling real-time insights and evidence-based decisions. This approach promotes more efficient Healthcare management while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and promoting interoperability, emphasizing the role of Blockchain analytics in enabling reliable, data-driven decision-making, opening the path to more adaptable, secure, and transparent systems.
