Rotatory chair testing (RCT) is a detailed assessment of the low- to middle-range of the vestibular tuning spectrum of the lateral semicircular canals’ vestibulo-ocular reflex. It can additionally assess several more esoteric functions, such as optokinetic nystagmus and visual fixation suppression.
