In real-world problem-solving, decision-making, analysis are often hindered by imperfect information. In response to this challenge, Professor Zadeh was the originator of the Z-numbers concept. It is defined as an ordered pair, Z = (A, B) where A represents a fuzzy number indicating a linguistic value of a relevant variable, and B represents a fuzzy number indicating the reliability or certainty of A. The notion of distance is essential for handling imperfect information in decision-making and reasoning tasks. Hence, we utilize a rule-based model with Z-number values to estimate satisfaction of job. The results obtained indicate the correctness of the approach used.
